From 23 March to 15 June 2016, the European Commission launched a public consultation on The role of publishers in the copyright value chain and on the 'panorama exception', the so called neighbouring rights.
The consultation asked questions about the expected impact of changes in copyright law on the communities Knowledge Exchange partners work with, including researchers and educational or research institutions.
